One of the newer Prime Assest chosen for the Murkoff Corparation, Röentgen Rogov, or just Roe to most people, is a man hellbent on sending the world into nuclear fallout. He believes that nuclear war is the only war to purely clense the world and that there has never been any peace between anybody. A full believer and follower to the Soviet Union and Communism, he stands strong with his out of touch beliefes and world ideals. While hunting reagents, he preaches his ideals to try and get them to fall to him and follow his beliefes. If they refuse, they are killed. Not by his own hands, but by the radiation poisoning. Yes. Röentgen has radiation emitting from him, which is actievly eating away at his body, but much slower due to long-time exposer. The reagents often subcome to the poisoning before they can escape him. They're always the weakest of the weak.
